Seismic Performance of Hollow Precast Concrete Columns used in the Metro Overhauling Depot

摘   要 :针对用于地铁车辆段检修库的新型装配式混凝土空心检修柱,分别制作预制混凝土空心柱 、预制混凝土实心柱及现浇混凝土空心柱试件,采用拟静力试验及有限元数值模拟,对其抗震性能进行对比研究。结果表明:试件破坏形态均为剪弯破坏,承载能力及退化性能较为接近,变形能力好,但装配式空心试件耗能能力及延性略差;对于装配式混凝土空心检修柱,可以将其截面简化成工字形,采用规范中的公式来计算承载力;与装配式混凝土实心柱相比,装配式混凝土空心柱可以大幅度节约材料,且基本上实现了“等同现浇 ”;当轴压比变大时,装配式混凝土空心柱水平承载力先变大后变小,耗能能力变差。

Abstract : To study seismic performance of the hollow precast concrete column used in the metro overhauling depot , three specimens including a hollow precast concrete column , a solid precast concrete column and a hollow cast - in - situ concrete column were constructed and investigated through pseudo - static test and finite element simulation. The results show that the failure modes of the specimens are all flexure - shear type. In addition , the bearing capacity and degradation performance are similar , and the deformation ability is good. However , the energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the hollow precast specimen is relatively poorer. For the hollow precast concrete column , the section can be simplified into an I - shaped one to compute the bearing capacity using the formulas in the code. Compared with the solid precast concrete column , the hollow one has a great advantage of saving materials while emulating the cast - in - situ one. As the axial compressive ratio increases , the bearing capacity of the hollow precast concrete column rises first and then drops while the energy dissipation capacity decreases.
